Terms and privacy
Halloween Portraits is operated by Spotjoy.
What you buy
You first get two free AI-generated Halloween portraits with a watermark, made from the two photos you upload. For a one-time payment of $1.99 you get those two in full resolution without a watermark, plus two more portraits in the same look, generated right after payment from the same photos. Your browser keeps the photos on your device until then, so you may be asked to add them again. You only pay after both previews have been generated. If the preview fails, you are not charged. If the two extra portraits fail, you can retry from the same page or email us.
No refunds
The portraits are digital goods created for you and delivered immediately after payment, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Results depend on the photos you upload: a clear, front-facing photo of each person with a natural smile works best, and you can generate again with different photos before you buy. This does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
If you were charged but cannot download your portraits, email support@spotjoy.com within 24 hours and include the email address on your Stripe receipt.
Who can use this site
You must be 18 or older. Only upload photos of people who have agreed to it, and photos you have the right to use. Do not use the site to impersonate someone, to create sexual content, or for anything unlawful. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
Your photos and our AI provider
Your photos are sent to our AI image provider, fal.ai, to generate the portraits, and again when the two extra portraits are made after payment. This site does not keep your uploaded photos. We ask fal.ai not to store the request data and to delete generated files within one hour, but how fal.ai handles data is governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you accept by using this site. fal.ai is based in the United States and may process data in other countries too.
The finished portraits are stored on our servers and deleted automatically after 24 hours, so download them promptly after paying. The link shown after generation is the only way to get them back, so keep it safe: anyone with the link can view them. We do not use your photos or portraits to train models or for advertising. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card details.
AI-generated images
The portraits are generated by AI and may not look exactly like you. You may use them for personal purposes, such as sharing on social media.
